Ответ. Большой вопрос, откуда вы скачивали Кинго Рут. Возможно, вам досталась модифицированная версия рут-приложения. Для ограничения прав доступа приложения Phone установите Advanced Permission Manager и урежьте все возможные права приложениям KingRoot и Phone. 

В крайнем случае, должна помочь установка кастомной прошивки с вайпом внутренней памяти телефона. Но это опасный трюк. 

Установил Кинго Рут для Андроид. Правда, получилось только скачать программу Kingo Root и установить на телефон через ПК. Получил рут доступ, вроде всё отлично, но!!
